Ok so the bottom station is the only device used as far as getting a measurement the green represents the on time to look at the pressure in run speed- the white is the on time to look at the pressure during jog speed and is ignored once the machine is up to speed which takes about 3-6 seconds.
The top yellow is the pressure reading and the bottom is the encoder time.
The problem is that when sending a seal through the line at fast speed it only fails 80 percent of the time 8 times out of 10 or less - however in jog speed at 20 ppm or less than 100 ppm- it correctly fails the test part 100 percent of the time.
