Motion Control Error Logix 5000

I'm getting an error that I can't find the solution to.
Motion control MASR .err 12 .exerr 7
The .err 12 is message error but i can't find anything for the extended error to try and pin down the issue.

You've probably looked at this already -> But are you issuing overlapping instructions?

It will generate an ExError 7 if you have an MGSD triggering at the same time i believe...

There is one MGSD in the program in the initialization at start up. Otherwise all axis are shut down individually.
