AB ML1400 1766-L32BXBA Ser A

Hello all, I'm just starting out programming and having an issue. Is there any way to get a floating point data file into a string data file within the AB ML1400 1766-L32BXBA Ser A? Thank you in advance.

From the ref. manual (https://literature.rockwellautomati...documents/rm/1766-rm001_-en-p.pdf#G25.1083291) I don't see any float conversion to string, but there is a integer conversion to string instruction AIC; that could be made to work, if clumsily.
