i already do that, but not success, the PV error msg is erorrr fehle fehle... after i press both Left and Right Arrow keys

Then you have communications issues; the HMI is not connected to the PLC.

its a broken hardware?? Its posibble to install with flash card?

Check the communications cables and settings first; did you replace anything or reconfigured prior to the fault condition?

If it went Offline while running you might need to replace it if everything else checks out.

i think i changes the baud rate but i forget the value, how to connect HMI to PC, i have Allen Bradley Micrologix 1761-CBL-PM02 SER C Pc To Micrologix Comms Cable and also Allen Bradley Slc 500 1747-UIC USB To DH485 Converter, can i do connection with that cable?

What PLC type is the HMI connected to?
Do you have a 1761-NET-AIC interface between the terminal and the PLC?

For ML 1000, 1200 and 1500LSP straight connection you will need a 2711-NC21 or 2711-NC22 cable; if you have an AIC+ interface you will need a 2711-NC13 or 2711-NC14 cable from the PV to the AIC+ and a 1761-CBL-HM02 from the AIC+ to the controller.

For SLC, PLC5 or ML1500 LRP you will need a 2711-NC13 or 2711-NC14 cable.

Your HMI is communicating over DF-1 Serial.

The default communications setup for the terminal is as follows:

No Parity
8 Data Bits
1 Stop Bit

Baud Rate = 9600

Node # = 64

Error Detection = CRC

Handshaking = OFF

These settings need to match the controller's Serial DF-1 port settings.

I use plc ML1200 1762-L24bxb and yes using 1761-net-aic

Why are you using an AIC+?

Can you post the ML1200's program,it's .RSS file ( zip it first)
