Can anyone explain to me the difference between two wire and three wire control in the 1305 vfd operations?

thanks

2-wire VFD control typically means you are using maintained switches (i.e. Closed=run Open=stop or Closed=run fwd and or run rev Open=stop). 3-wire is more like a traditional hard-wired motor ckt with momentary start/stop pushbuttons.

To be more graphic this is an elementary 3 wire circuit, give it a few seconds, its animated.
