Has anyone on here ever had any issues with the 24V+ and 24V- terminals on this unit shorting together. I went on site before the unit had been switched on and this was the case. I checked the voltage going to the unit and it was a steady 24v.

We then bought a new one and it has worked for 4 weeks but now the same problem has happened. Just wondering if anyone could shed any light on this. Possible surge. Nothing else is being damaged though and its the same common 24v supply.

Cheers

Callum
