Hi Everyone,

I have Siemens s7-300 2I/P analog module i.e 6ES7-331-7KB02-0AB0 So I want interface a Isolator which having 4-20 ma output to analog card as 4-20ma input. but I am not getting the exact hardware connection to the module as its act as independent current source.also i don't know that it will act as 2-wire or 4-wire?.please help me out.

Hi, Nilesh
First check wheather u have configured proper module in hardware configuration in Simatic Manager. Check what u have confgured that channel as i.e 0-10 v or 4-20 mA or RTD type ...the check the connections made to the terminals of the modules r correct or not and try to read the counts in VAT table. Also get the transducer catalog or manual for reference.

Hope this will show you the way ..
:D
