How do you create a add-on instruction? can you type the logic and export it to a library file?

Typically you would create the Add-On instruction then export the whole thing, logic and parameter definitions as a "package".

Upon launch of L5k in the home screen go to the top left 3 symbols and select the one in the middle "learning centre". In there are instructions on multiple topics, including AOI.
