Why not use have a wiki section as the answer to the FAQs. I know this could be open to abuse, but this could be limited by limiting posting access to members with maybe a minimum number of posts

Now then for residential
SUBSTATION brings out two legs of 12,5 to the neighborhood.

Really didn't want to add to confusion but there is only 1 leg on the high side of the residential transformer. The other side is ground (or neutral) derived from the ground at the pole.
