B&R Automation Studio identifying hardware online

Hello everyone,

I want to indentifying harware of a B&R Automation PC online to diagnose and set an encoder for the B&R ACOPOS servo drive but when I upload or identifying the hardware ,Automation Studio can not find the machine servo drives..If anyone has a similar experiense,I appreciate your help in this regard.photos of this mismatch are attached.
