Beckhoff IPC and Twincat 2

Hello,

I have a System running a beckhoff IPC with twincat 2 software on it,
Also i have no original source code.

Is it possible with the twincat 2 system manager to still connect to this system and read / adjust parameters on the slave devices on the field bus network with out interfering with the original software.

I want to know this to help aid in defective slave components replacement/exchange that have configurable parameters .

Yes it is possible to do that. Just select target system and file->open from target
