Counter Module Schneider BMX EHC 0800 Wiring to Flow meter

Could anyone help me on how to make pulse output wiring for the counter module BMXEHC 0800C to our flow sensor.
Presently there is no power supply and there is no resistor in our vendor drawing but the flow meter wiring requires both.


Attached is the flow sensor wiring drawing and the counter module drawing.
