current updates monitor

what is with this current updates monitor from rockwell??

Every day the thing pops up and won't go away until I hit NO.

I know this may seem like a small thing, but what makes every company think it's ok for them to take over my computer and make me jump through their stupid hoops?

I can't see any way of turning the dumb thing off, and when I let it look for updates, it comes up with a whole bunch of stuff that I don't even recognize.


what the hen?!?

P.S. I just did a search of all the ".exe" files on my computer ... I stopped it at 2000+ thank God they don't all feel they have the right to make me push a button every day.... How do I get rid of this thing?

I have that installed too, but does not give me grief.
I cannot see it under the "installed programs" but looking at the properties of the shortcuts, I have :

C:\program files (x86)\PST\Binaries\RAISEUpdater.exe
and
C:\program files (x86)\PST\Binaries\RACurrTray.exe

First one is the updater, second one is an updates monitor.

See if you can find them now...
