When using the Siemens S7-1200 Symbolic Addressing driver, there is no Offset Tag or Index Option

I wish to be able to read an array tag for different array element values, for example

"PLC.Blocks.Data.Dev[0].HMIModeReq"
to be replaced by
"PLC.Blocks.Data.Dev[Index].HMIModeReq"

Is there a method of replacing "PLC.Blocks.Data.Dev[0].HMIModeReq" with a string tag that I can build with the Dev or Index number between the square brackets [ ] number that I wish

The application is a popup window that needs to read and write the Dev number tags for the device that is selected
