Ethernet connection issue with CpLX

That's a good start. Now you need to find how your VM networking is set. Is it bridged to a specific adaptor? or NAT'd. You will find this in the VM settings. Are you using VMware Virtualbox or some other type 1 hypervisor? ESXi / XEn

NAT. It has connect at power on checked and shows connected, under device status.

Resolved. Thank you cheltin for putting me on the right trail. Cheers!

In case this might help someone in the future:

I selected NAT, set up my Ethernet IP parameters for my PC's adapter then went to VMware and set the adapter to DHCP and it's now talking.
