Factory Talk View - HMI Slow Response

Hi all, i'm having troubles and a slow response on my HMI.

For example, i have a macro with an "IF" on differents PLC, and the time to evaluated those "IF" is nearly 5 minutes.

On the console i can see something about "CIP CONECTION"

Anyone can help with this? Thanks in advanced

One thing to check on is to be sure the PanelView Plus is not in the CompactLogix I/O tree; it should not be there. Only old PanelView Standard and modern PanelView 5000 terminals can create an I/O connection.

The comm_err() conditions in the IF statement will not evaluate very quickly; I will have to look up the details.

What is the purpose of those IF statements ?

Thanks for your help. First, i don't have a PanelView, it's Site Edition (I Should have mentioned)

I gonna check the connection with the CompactLogix I/O tree, by the way.

And about the IF statements, i have 25 PLC conected on my network, and a button to action a command on those 24 PLC. The If comm_err () is used to check if that PLC is conected or not, if is conected my main button command on that PLC, if not, go to the next.
