Factory talk view point Administration issue

Hello sir,

I just installed Factory talk view point (add-on Factory talk view SE ver.11.)

I have a problem when launch factory talk view point administration from START-ROCKWELL SOFTWARE - FACTORYTALK VIEW POINT ADMINISTRATION.

When internet explorer launched, the URL is blank page (nothing to display, so we can not access into the view point administration menu),

I've tried using computers with Windows10 and Windows server 2016, the result is same for both computer, the administration is still can not run.

I am curious with this problem and do not have more idea how to solve it.

Can some body help me..?

Use Internet Explorer, and I think you'll need Silverlight potentially.

Your SS look like it is using Chrome..

I have NET 4.0.30319 so I had to do this:

Open IIS manager. Go to ISAPI filters. There is a filter for .NET Framework 4.0.30319. Click on it and change the path to have 1 slash instead of 2 slashes right before aspnet_filter.dll
Then reopen the Viewpoint page.
