faults on Kinetix 5700

Kindly, we have the following faults with a Kinetix 5700 servodrive.
We checked the encoder cable, but found nothing damaged.
What could be the problem?

fault s43 feedback loss
init fault m01 encoder data
data stored in encoder has checksum error
 
Do you have another cable you can try swapping out? I had a similar fault and it ended up being due to excess vibration on the motor shaft during a drilling action.
