Kinetix 6500 M07 incremental loss

Dear team,
We are constantly facing M07 incremental loss on one of our kinetix 6500 safe torque.
We have changed Servo motor (MPL-B4530K-MJ72AA) within 2 months we are again facing this M07 issue on the same servo.

Kindly help if any one has any root cause for this problem.
 
Did you change the encoder cable or the encoder breakout connector at the drive? Intermittent is likely a loose connection on the breakout board, a cold solder joint on the board, or a faulty cable. I'd swap out the connector as a first step. Grounding issues can also cause this, so make sure you are following the ground and shield guidelines in the install manual.
