laser scanner sick pls101-312 password lost

any idea what to do to make edit ,can't logon woth authorized sick to make edit , means the scanner does't accept the password SICK_PLS because the password had been changed and lost , any idea please?

the only thing I can sugget is to contact sick
They may be able to reset to default some how.
