Logicbuilder with HMISCU & TesysT

Hello all,
This is my first time for using HMISCU, but I have some problems during programming.
How can I transfer Embedded IO of HMISCU to Vijeo-Frame?
Can I Simulate the IOs by using LogicBuilder and Vijeo-Frame??
