Magelis XBT-FC0645

Hello to all
Magelis XBT-FC0645 is connected to Telemecanique Premium TSX 57253 plc.
Sometime while navigating through the different windows,, the screen sudenly lock; no buttons work.After several ON/OFF power operations, all is OK.
The machine may run during several days without any problem; the screen run fine.
What would be the cause of the sudenly locking of the panel?

There might be some code written in plc on a certain event that writes to the dialog table of the screen that can lock the operation......but it is more likely that it is fault
