Ok so I found a replacemt.....an AD DL-205. Seems like there's no other choice so I gave them a proposal for programming a new plc.

Shooter,
I dont have the equipment to read the old Eprom, but it wouldnt matter because the PLC is shot and we cant find a replacemt. Besides if we replace the plc and the new/used one goes bad then their in the same spot again. Now that I realize how very cult it is to get a replacment PLC, it would be far better to update to a current model.
