I have a Panelview 1200 using the old PDS v5.01 development software. The PDS software does not work well with windows XP. Should I find an old DOS computer to try and reload the Panelview or is there a trick using windows XP.
 
After some testing, I found I was not using the correct cable. I needed an Allen Bradley 2711-NC1 upload/download cable. I found a windows 95 machine, installed PDS v5.01 and connected successfully.
