Panelview 550 problem

Made a direct connection cable as per say manual for pc and panelview. Rslinx auto config okay. Uploaded old project ok. Downloaded new project and got error 2014 hardware corrupt. Reboot but still get error. Using panelbuilder. How can I reset this?:p
