Yeah and my PLC has maggots.

You still haven't posted a program copy. Or drawings of your reset switch. Or your PC configuration. Or anything helpful at all. We can guess all day long. NO ONE has seen this problem, and you have a combined PLC knowledge here in this forum of over 300 years worth, at least.

Yeah Lancie, maybe he has worms. It's just as likely as anything else right now.
