problem in 135u plc-cpu

Can anybody help me in set right the problem in SIMENS 135 S5 PLC CPU 6ES5-928-3UA12.Iam getting BASP led without any other indications like RUN or STOP. I have done RESET and OVERALL RESET of the cpu.But no improvement.
