Profibus communication problem S7-400 & ACS800

We are having Siemens s7-400 dcs system, we are using profibus dp communication for dcs & all ABB vfd drives (ACS800). Now we are facing major problem that anyone motor get suddenly stopped without any alarm or all motors data lost sometime. we checked n find that on profibus adapter RPBA-01 thre is problem that it continuously goes online-offline.
so pls suggest firm solution for this.
