S7-200Cn CPU

I am having 4 nos. of S7-200 CPU224 XP CN. I am trying to download the program in it. but not able to do so in 2 nos. of PLC's, where as in other 2 nos I could able to download, it is giving non fatal error. software is Step-7 Microwin V4.0.0.81

s7-200 CPU224XP-CN

it is Non-fatal error

That's a Chinese S7-200. I believe you need to use the Chinese version of Step 7 MicroWIN to connect to it. Search the forum, this problem has been handled before.
