I am using Graph for controlling 4 pallet stops. I am also using the supervision control on the last step that makes sure the pallet reached it's destination before the step time exceeds the expected travel time. Each pallet stop is on it's own simultaneous branch.

My problem is that when the supervision goes red for a particular pallet on a simultaneous branch then all my other simultaneous branches stop transitioning to the next step. But I want my other branches to keep working despite one of my branches having a supervision error. Is this something graph can do?

Do you have the "Acknowledge error" parameter checked? If its set then you must always acknowledge the Graph before it continues. Do you use classic or TIA. In classic you can find this parameter in the options menu and then block settings.

You still have the same setting i TIA except that its under menu edit --> properties

But i think you might have another issue. I just made a test and as you can see my graph continues even after step 4 has faulted out on supervision and step5 transitions to step 7 regardless of the acknowledge error setting.

Are you sure that the Graph auto input remains on even if you have an error?

I did some of the same testing. Disabling the "Acknowledge Error" check box gives me the behavior I was looking for. I want the other branches to continue if their transitions are satisfied. That works now. I can work around the rest. Typically I just have a state based logic for pallet traffic control, but my customer prefers to put in Graph. Not the best approach in my opinion, but it works now. Thanks for the help.
