Siemens HMI HMI is turned off after a security authorization

Hi,
I'm working with a KTP700 Siemens HMI and I've had no problem with buttons with no security. I added security authorization (password request) to some buttons and suddenly the hmi is completely reinitialized. I only have "activate screen" event in the button events.

Is there something wrong with the user administration setup or definetely is a fabric malfunction from the hmi??
