Siwarex U Load cell Processor -Need help

Dear All Friends

I am trying to connect Siwarex U Load cell processor ( 2 Channel ) with Simatic S7 313 C CPU . But the SF ( System Failure ) LED is always ON . I have connected two Load cell to the unit as per the manual wiring drawing .

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hello Vikas,

The best thing you can do is get the hardware fault log out of the CPU and post it here so we can have a look at it.
If the SF light is lit there should be something in the fault log.

Dear Sir,

Please see the error msg in Siwatool U

channel 1-recieved -Minimum voltage has been passed below on the sence lines

channel 2-recieved - control limit exceeded.

please help me to solve .

I have the same problem here. But I use a 1 channel siwarex control imit exceeded...Do you have a solution?
