SLC150 SQO Instruction

I am converting Old SLC 150 Program in an RSLogix 500 I am finding a problem in the understanding of the following instruction can some body help me in this regards,

I am going to take a shot at this
it looks like a time driven output sequencer with 6 steps
steps are shown as step no., Hex Data, Binary Data and the time for each step
the time format is 0001 = 000.1 sec
the binary data is the same as the hex data for each step sets the outputs on or off for each step
the step no. is 00 - 05
the mask is all bits are passed to the output table all outputs are controlled
the output table is set by the grp no. in this case 02 is 211-218 I think it is true outputs but I am not sure about that it's been years and I don't have one to test
the RST is to reset the sequencer when the rung is true
