Transformer bonding

I just want to reiterate my earlier comment
Transformation of an Input Voltage to an Output Voltage is related to the Turns Ratio.
Not the Frequency
The Voltage Calculations are Frequency Based and can be country specific.
But not the transformation Ratio of a transformer, this was the OP's original information request
