Vijeo Designer 6.2 SP12 PLC Dialog Table Issues

Since upgrading to V6.2 12.24 SP12 24-21 the M221 PLC is no longer recognised by the HMI. The screen still works but it does not talk with the Dialogue Table and thus cannot run trends as the HMI is not recognising the PLC (to a point) and wont grabe the RTC data. Anyone else having these issues?

Have you confirmed the Authorisation word data matches between the HMI and the PLC?

I have found the Authorisation Word in the Dialogue Table of Vijeo Designer but where would this be set in Machine Expert basic?

This will depend on what you have added in the dialog table settings, but you should be able to see the address from the dialog table setup in vijeo designer. You will also see what the authorisation word is required to be in the PLC.
