Sir Rhein are tags under same Message ID were updated together? what are MsgIDs for?

Hmmm Correct me if I wrong but I guess Items with the same IDs are under... same PLC? or RACK or .... aside from having same group.

OR


Message IDs were created whenever theres a new update done or changes done in the controller,

OW. I wanna know what are these messages IDs are for.
