Hi all,

I know this is a PLC forum, but I know there is a gread deal of knowlege on drives as well.

This drive has been running on stone cutting machine for years, no problem. Now it started randomly putting out above mentioned faults. It may be while machine is cutting, or just sitting idle powered up.

Did anybody have a problem like this? I replaced cable that connects drive and keypad, but it didn't help.

I am suspecting maybe some pwm supply somewhere?

Thanks!!!

Thanks Gary!
Looks like main control board is the problem. Microprocessor sometimes wakes up properly, sometimes not. I can not figure out why. Sometimes even when it starts properly, it goes beserk after few minutes. It has both external eemprom and nand flash. So it may be them, may be not.....
