Step 7 Version

I have a 6ES7 315-2FJ14-0AB0 CPU.
My Step 7 version is V5.4+SP4.
Step 7 catalog does not contain the above CPU.
I have installed the GSD file for the 6ES7 315-2FJ14-0AB0 CPU.
But 6ES7 315-2FJ14-0AB0 CPU still does not appear in the catalog.
Please help me to solve this problem.
