nb hmi error usb drive

Hai Bro....

I have a problem with my nb hmi omron. The problem is my computer can't read the usb cable from nb hmi. I read the nb manual , its said driver will update automatically when connect to computer but when i try its said unrecognize... i have try update the usb driver manually but its still the same...

i need your help bro...thanks....
