problem with connetion of PLC 200

Hi
I was connected to PLC S7 200 by PC adapter in PPI protocol several time but in new machine which it include 224 xp & 216 plc I can’t connected to this PLC .
The wendor of this machine is chains company. I tried to connect whit both rat 9.6 tile 187.5 kb but I was unsuccessful.
Please advise me
