C-more HMI COmmunication issues

Hi,
Happy thanksgiving!

Im using an HMI EA9-T6CL-R. while connecting this to PC using the USB cable USB-CBL-AB6, the usb indicator is showing red. but, in device manager, the C-more EA9 is showing under network adaptors.
could anyone give me a suggestion?
