P2 shows it is only using less than half So I will get a new P2 and see if that was my problem. Thanks

If that was your issue you may want to by two, next year they will not be manufactured any longer

Don't throw the old one away. It may be able to be repaired for a spare.

If you are using 13 cards off of one P2, isn't that the problem? I thought they could only power 4-5 cards until you needed another power supply?

All IO modules are not created equal. Some require more power from the backplane than do others.
