Now, you know what parts you are using, find their manuals and find what PPO you are using for micromasters.

What if instead of using Profibus I use DeviceNet or other protocol. Is there any Siemens VFDs expert around?

I know as stated before , there are profibus interfaces made by AB and partners, but I´m not sure that there are devicenet interfaces made by siemens or partners.
I have used drives with devicenet extensively, either with control, compact logic or slc500, with no problems.
