Analog Input using PLC Omron CP1E+MAD11

then put the analogue control rungs there.
the Idea here is to get used to the plc program

If we use 103 channel for analog output, should it give problem?

When i tried to inject 4-20ma on input channel 3 and then move to channel 103 by doing scale function first for min value 20 and max value 70.
I want to display on one indicator using 4-20ma.
The indicator that i used is EMKO type ESM-4430
In my opinion, the indicator should be set input as 4-20ma.
then the dual calibration value, min value set is 20 and max value set is 70.
I think the result value is still in word, how to change the value to decimal?
I plan to display the value on one controller.
Is it correct?
Please comment me if i'm wrong.

the 0FA0 is for 4000 accuracy
the Analogue input card is 6000
so the hex value should be the (#1770) hex
Always use the computer calculator function to convert HEX numbers (Advanced mode)

as I had said look at your first rung you have moved a value to the output
I would delete that rung

I dont really understand. I have two questions:

1. First of all, we need to set value 4-20ma = #8082 to analog input 0, analog input 1, and analog output. The address to be set is channel 103.
But Channel 103 is also used for analog output.
If we delete that rung, so how we determine the analog I/O to be 1-5v, 4-20ma,1-10v and etc?
Actually i have tried simulate it,
and it doesnt give any problem, does it?

2. When i tried to do scaling function as you can see on the program,
the value on D5 is the result for scaling function,
I think its still in BCD,
I plan to display it on one controller as input 4-20ma.
Just for my training.
