Changing Cognex jobs using Control logix5000

[Ctrl_Alt_Del]

I am looking for some current info on changing cognex v4.5 job files over ethernet using a control logix 5000 processer using v19 . All info I found was using messaging commands and the set up is different using newer software on sides. Is this the only way to do so? If so would you have any examples?
