I am in the process of adding a new node to an existing DeviceNet network with a SLC 5/05 PLC processor. The scanner on the main network is a 1747-SDN and I am adding a 1734-ADN. I have created the subnet for the 1734-ADN, but I'm having doubts as to whether I have enough memory mapped and where the IO will be mapped to in the processor. The network is pretty full, so I'm hoping what I think I have learned the last 2 days cramming has come together correctly

The 1734-ADN subnet will have 1 8-point input (1734-IB8) and 1 8-point output (1734-OB8E). I have mapped 2 bytes(?) for input and 2 for output. I'm not sure if I need to map the status bits as well (not being used by my PLC program). From the attached files, can anyone confirm the IO data will be mapped to M1:1.148 (input) and M0:1.148 (output)? The adaptor/scanner is assigned node 55 on the main network. Ultimately I would like for input 0(through 7) on the new IO to go to M1:1.148/0(through 7) and output 0(through 7) to go to M0:1.148/0(through 7).

Thanks for any help!!!
