Factory Talk View ME turn text.

Hi everyone. I am in need of help on turning text in Factory Talk View ME. I know this has been asked before and I found the old thread/post. I tried following them with installing Stephen Lebans' Rotate Label ActiveX Control(v2.0). I used AccessRotateVer2.zip off of his web page. I manually registered both as per the older thread using command prompt. I can see it in the ActiveX list on Factory Talk and use it to create the labels how I want them but when I try to register it in Factory Talk, I get the message "Unble to Register Control". Then when I download my program to the HMI and go to the page using it, I get "Unable to load ActiveX Control for display" and a cause of "Access Rotate Text Control 2.0: ActiveX control not found on computer". My laptop is running Windows 10. Factory Talk View ME version 13.00.00(CPR9 SR13). I did find another forum that said to copy all files in the zip file and put them in SysWOW64 folder which I did. I am sure that I missed something simple but I can not figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
