fatek facon plc problem

good afternoon to all! this is the first time i had project with fatek facon plc fbn-20mct, during input checking the expansion unit input signal, the main PLC does not responding when i trigger the input device. is there anyone who can help me on this problem? is there any setting in adding expansion unit... URGENT... thanks....
