For the last pic's your SLC is set to DF-1, 19200 baud.
In RSLinx you have Device set to PLC-CH0 which is for PLC 5's
Change the Device dropdown to SLC-Micro, and set the baud to 19200, then do autoconfigure.
Also, you will need a null-modem cable or a standard cable with a null-modem adapter and a female to female gender changer.
