help with plc choice

i may be way off base?
i figured each door switch needs a rung and timer to allow in and out traffic.
i only want alarm to sound if door is LEFT open more than 15 sec.

each timer will turn on corresponding led on the control panel if door is closed.

Door switch is MADE when closed.

led should remain OFF if door is open more than 15 sec?

any door open/light off should initiate buzzer. buzzer can be silenced for 10 minutes and then reset back on until all doors are closed and all lights are ON.

I know this ladder isn't right but it's what I have started with.

NO I DO NOT HAVE PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE. but I could make this system work with 8 pin relays and timers on a din rail.
